REPAIR-CRETO is a general purpose, non-shrink, cementitious micro concrete supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a flowing non-shrink grout for gap thicknesses up to 100 mm.

It is a blend of cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimizing water demand. The low water demand ensures high early strength. The graded filler is designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent grout.

Storage Conditions

• The product must be stored properly in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging, in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C.
• Protect from moisture, direct sunlight and frost.

Direction For Use

Surface Preparation:

• The application surface should be rigid and free from oil, grease, paint, loose plaster, or any other dirt particles, Dampen the surface before the application of rapid repair material.

Mixing:

• Pour 4-6 liters of potable water into a clean container and then add 1 bag (40 kg) of Brij Additives Rapid Repair.
• It can be mixed by hand. Use of a mechanical mixer or electrical stirrer is recommended for better results. Mixing should be done for 5-10 minutes, depending on the speed of the mixing equipment. Leave the mix to slake for 5-10 minutes and remix before use.

Application:

• The mixture should be applied within one hour of preparation. If the concrete surface is smooth and dense, it's recommended that the surface be made rough for better adhesion of the plaster layer.
• In normal weather, Brij Additives Repair Creto doesn't need watering for the first 24 hours. After the plaster is completely dry, curing should be done 1 time for 1 day. In abnormal weather conditions.

Precautions

• Always add powder to liquid and not liquid to powder.
• Do not apply to wet or uncured concrete surfaces.
• Do not apply at temperatures of 3°C or less.
