Silkon Flowmix PC550 is an Advanced Low Viscosity High Performance Superplasticizer, based on Poly carboxylic technology this is a unique combination of the latest generation superplasticizers, based on a Poly carboxylic ether polymer with long lateral chains VMA and Rheology modifier inbuilt, this greatly improves cement dispersion. At the start of the mixing process an electrostatic dispersion occurs but the cement particle’s capacity to separate and disperse. This mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in flowable concrete. Silkon Flowmix PC 550 combines the properties of water reduction and workability retention. It allows the production of high- performance concrete and/or concrete with high workability.

Health And Safety Instructions

Silkon Flowmix PC-550 does not fall into the hazard classifications of current regulations. However, it should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin and eyes. Suitable protective gloves and goggles should be worn. Splashes on the skin should be removed with water. In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Silkon Flowmix PC 550 is water based and non- flammable.

Cleaning and Disposal

Spillages of Silkon Flowmix PC 550should be absorbed onto sand, earth or vermiculite and transferred to suitable containers. Remnants or vermiculite and transferred to suitable containers. Remnants should be hosed down with large quantities of water. The disposal of excess or waste material should be carried out in accordance with local legislation under the guidance of the local waste regulatory authority.
