Cementitious Tile Grout is a specially formulated grout designed for filling joints between ceramic tiles, porcelain, and stone. It offers excellent durability, water resistance, and stain resistance, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Available in a variety of colors to enhance the aesthetic finish of tiled surfaces.

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure the tile joints are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or other contaminations.
  • Tile adhesive must be fully removed before applying grout.
  • Use a vacuum or soft brush to remove dust or debris from the joints.

Mixing Instructions

  • Mix Cementitious Tile Grout powder with clean water (approx. 3.0-3.5 liters per 10 kg bag).
  • Stir the mixture using a slow-speed mixer until a smooth, lump-free paste is achieved.
  • Allow the mix to rest for 2-3 minutes and then re-mix before use.
  • Use the mixture within 45-60 minutes.

Packaging

  • Available in 1 kg in pouch and 20 kg bags.

Application Guidelines

  • Apply the grout using a rubber grout float, ensuring joints are filled completely.
  • Work diagonally across the joints to minimize air pockets.
  • After 10-15 minutes, clean off excess grout from the tile surface with a damp sponge.
  • Allow grout to set for 24 hours before subjecting the area to light traffic or moisture.

Health & Safety

  • Use personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and goggles during application.
  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
  • In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
